Tasting Notes

Our 2021 Ode to the Beast Cabernet Sauvignon opens with intense aromas of dark fruits, cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg. The palate oers complex, layered flavors of black currant, tobacco, cocoa, and baking spices. Bold tannins are softened by a rich mouthfeel and a smooth, lingering finish. Enjoy now or cellar for 10+ years for additional complexity.
